Surely coolant hoses can't differ to much but why not size up the hoses and order each size individually

Most cars have a nut on the cable which you can tighten found on the hand break end. Not sure on fiesta though

I have kensuns as my fogs not fitted my new kensun main beam yet as waiting for new headlight units but out of all the hid kits I have had I have found them to be the best As you can see by the picture this is brightness of my fogs my headlight...

Resistors will increase wattage. Not sure though but all I know is 55w burn out quicker overall and they are bright but after a hour or so of use they look just as bright as 35w
