Hi Guys I was thinking of buying an exhaust manifold and sports/de cat pipe both from milltek, i was just thinking will this make much of a difference in terms of power and will i notice the power difference at all?

I was thinking of changing my rear bumper to the ST one as I think it really smartens the back end up, but I was wondering what parts I have to get?

Do I have to buy the full rear bumper or can I just buy separate parts for it?
