Can anyone give me advice or a guide as to how to remove the upper front grill (the one with the ford badge) from the front bumper?
Tried using a flat screwdriver to unclips the catches on the underside of the grille but the thing is not for coming off.

Hey Bro, Try the below link, this happened with me a couple of days ago, tried it all: Removed Module un/ re-plugged - didn't work. Took Negative off of Battery and re-fitted after a few minutes - did work although only temporary. Problem is Ford updated all their audio systems in 2012 in line with ...
