how old is the car ? is it still under warranty.

if its over 12 months old, ford will not cover adjustments or re-seals to the car.

If there's signs of paint chips or damage, Ford won't entertain it. also.... is the corrosion in the area where the cill can be knocked with feet getting in and out of the car ? ask the dealers anyway.... if they won't rectify it under the corrosion warranty, then best do it yourself, probably do a ...
