Pot holes beware...

Hi chaps, Well, 3 weeks ago I hit what can only be described as a "bloody" big pot hole at about 30mph. Since then I noticed that the car appeared to pull to the left slightly. Went on a short motorway run 2 days ago and it just felt wrong, not as sure footed as I have come to expect from my otherwi...

Re: zetec s front lip spoiler

Hi Jason,

Sorry for the delay, I've been away this week. Thank you for the kind offer but I think I've sourced a new one for a really good price which I may go with. Thanks again for your time and help.

Re: Zetec S Spoiler, Front lip and grille (or Asian)

New, primed and ready for painting £178.50 delivered. I don't know how much they are worth secondhand. How much would your friend like for it? Thanks for your help, James.

Re: dpf delete

Well, this is what I'm trying to ascertain. They maintain that it won't clog the DPF if it's physically still there, due to the way they program the ECU. So you may well be right, but they also come highly recommended and have experience of the 1.6 TDCi with DPF and assure me this is no problem. Has...

Re: dpf delete

I've been looking into a remap and/or DPF delete/removal... The best quote I've had so far is from AMD in Essex who quoted £399.95 inc VAT. The gains are 20-25bhp and 30-35lbft of torque with the biggest difference low down and mid range. This is with a road test with data logging to start with to m...

Re: Mk7 foot rest

Agreed that having the rubber grips protrude would really make it absolutely perfect. That said, I'm really happy with it as is, and for £14.99 delivered I can't complain. I'm hoping my new pedals arrive today so I can get them on. I've just fitted the red SMD 12 LED lights in my footwell which proj...

Re: Mk7 foot rest

Just fitted mine but too dark to and wet to take a pic now, will do over the weekend. I've also ordered the pedals which should be here tomorrow or Saturday. Can't wait for this crap weather to go away so that I can get my new mats in and the rubber ones out and away for the summer! I should add tha...

Mk7 foot rest

Hi all, I've been looking at the sports pedals for my Fiesta for a while now, but wanted a foot rest to match. I know some of you struck lucky on eBay with Mondeo or Kuga foot rests on eBay. Unfortunately, they are all quite pricey, but in searching eBay I came across someone making them. At £14.99 ...
