My name is Cameron and i live just outside Scunthorpe (imagine a wet Afghanistan and with more shootings)

I had a Mercedes A class 1.4 "classic". It handled like a bus and I looked like a nob driving it. Me and the missus split 6 months back so a new car was needed to cheer myself up. Sooooo i went and purchased a Zetec S (59 plate) and got a good deal on it. 9.5k with 14k on the clock and well looked after.

I joined this to get some tips and generally chat about the Mk 7 which i now love (who needs females anyway)

Please reply and tell me more about yourselves. I think my first purchase for my car will be an induction kit (57i I understand) but if you can recommend a better one then please let me know.

As I'm pretty new to this I'm not sure how to get pictures uploaded. I went for the Silver (don't know the "proper" name of the colour).

I will have a nosey at the threads. The main thing I'm looking for is noise (the bigger the grunt, the better) I want it so loud it makes me have a man period!

I've got the the K&N induction kit on my car. Noticed a bit of difference and it also makes it sound a lot more throaty. One thing i have noticed though it seems to get dirty pretty quickly.
