Newbie Here From Surrey

Post by MK7-Fiesta-Lad »

Hey all, my name is Rhys. I'm 16 and will be 17 in July :) Brought myself a 2009 Ford Fiesta i have for £5,500 so pretty cheep and mint she is with only 13,000 miles on the dash. Well i'm from the Dorking area Jnct 8 M25 and can't wait to get driving once iv past and look farward to meeting some of you.

Oh looked at some of your cars and damn they look lovely and done up lovely. For example Ben... the Ford start button is a pukka idea :D first mod on my list i think, and then kabz77 loving the exhaust system. Dose anyone know if i could fit that to a my 1.2 fiesta? many more nice cars too on the forum.

Will post some photos of my ride when i get a chance :)

Hi Rhys, & Welcome

That's a brilliant price! What colour is it?

The start button is an option on some models, I just retrofitted mine.
'kabz77' will shed some more light on the exhaust probably.

Got any other plans for the car?

Thanks for the welcome Ben,

Well i got the car more cheep cause i got it from blackbush car auction. But Ford put the car into the car auctions and its in perfect condition and runs very well. I'm not sure what the colour is called but its a lovely light blue colour :)

Yes i see the start button come's on the RS Turbo my dad had a Focus RS500 and that had one, but after seeing you retrofitted it i think i shall be doing the same cause i saw your fitting guide too.

Plans are:
Cosworth wheels with a blue lip
Tint the window's
Lamin-x the rear lights and headlights
replace the badges with DMB badges
Double exhaust system if i can fit one to a 1.2
Sound system
Coilovers

Few other things planned too but everyone will have to wait and see :D
