Just a little update, was working on them tonight finally, but still needs more work.
On the program that we use to cut them, all the lines have to be nice and flowy otherwise you get a jaggered edge, but takes time to do it so its getting there slowly.

I idea 4 looks really nice
Could you tell what sort of quality the vinyls will be? If there high quality it means I can machine over them rather then masking them off.
