Voice/aux/line in aaarrrrgggghhhh

My mk7 has recently developed a fault
Since plugging a 4gb flashdrive in
No voice activation, flashdrive stuck on a track
With in plugged in or not
Cant play music off me phone thru bluetooth
Anymore
At me wits end.. Messed wirh it all day
One minute yoy can access aux but nothing comes out
And the next it wont even access it

Any ideas anyone??

I get a very similar problem, did you have the USB set to shuffle at all???
On mine if i set it to shuffle, turn the engine off, remove the key etc then start the car the USB/BT wont work, even if i remove then plug the USB in again.
I get around it buy keeping a spare usb stick on my keys (i use it for work) but i keep one track on it, if i plug that in it seems to reset the USB and voila it works. I can then plug my proper USB drive in.

Seems to be quite fussy on type and format as l get stuck sometimes too. Only recognises mine if ignition is on when plugged in. Hit and miss
