Hi there people
I'm looking for a little friendly advice, I have a Fiesta mk7 ( obviously ) 2010 Zetec on a 59 plate. I've had it for 9 weeks now and after buying it for cash I've manage to get enough money together to buy afew bits and pieces. Which a winging their way from Ford parts uk.
However when I bought the car from Ford I noticed the 2 front tyres were alittle wore, the bloke that sold me the car said they were legal so they wouldn't replace them( fair enough ). So now I'm looking to get a new full set of tyres. My last car a mk4 Fiesta, I drove on Goodyear Eagle F1s. Towards the end I tried out Michelin Pilots. But what tyres should I run on my car now ?, I'm lost and need help The tyre size is 195 50 R15
Thank you all in advance, any help would be welcome

I've got pilot sport 3's fitted, i'd recommend them to anyone. Superb tyre, quiet on the road and grip like hell, bit pricey but well worth it

I had a look around and couldn't find Michelin Pilot Sport 3's in my size. The nearest ones I found were £118 per tyre plus VAT, a little rich for my blood considering I've shelled out almost £400 on parts last week. £50 of which was a set of lock nuts yesterday from Ford in Linwood, and they were the exact same ones that were on my mk4 when I traded it in grrrrrrrr

Ok, so far I've been told to buy a set of the following tyres. Yokohama Parada spec 2, which are lovely looking tyres but apparently ware pretty quickly.
Goodyear vector 5, which is an all weather all year round tyre. However because of that it's made of a harder compound and therefor you feel every single bump on the road.
Michelin Pilot e, which to be honest I don't really know much about. All the info I managed to grab on these tyres was gotten from the same website that Ben showed at the end of his project thread.
The Goodyears were at the top of the list in my size and I was ready to buy them. Then I looked at the reviews and they weren't so kind. I was hoping to get this all done this week while I was on holiday from work, but I'm such an indecisive person when it comes to things like this.
PS if there is a lot of spelling mistakes by me on this post, it's the automatic spell on this phone. It's a real pain

I would love to buy Michelin Pilot Sport 3s, but they are outta my price range right now. I just got a delivery today from Ford Parts Uk, I had hoped to have most of the parts actually fitted by now. But the weather has been shocking up here in Scotland, plus the parts were delayed due to 2 of the items being out of stock.
I know there are a few different variations of Pilots, I'm just trying to get the best tyres for the car that I can afford right now
