clicking from under bonnet

clicking from under bonnet

just had my injector seals changed on 59 reg 1.4 tdci and after driving for a few miles a clicking noise starts from under the bonnet although it stops when gears disengaged,have'nt lost any power and apart from the clicking noise everything seems fine.
