Searching for the correct Brakes

Hi I need to buy some brake discs and pads and I am not sure what specs to search for. My car is:
FORD Fiesta Mk6 Hatchback (JA8, JR8) 1.25
I'd be grateful if you could give me the exact specs. When I look at Autodoc site I see many that look like compatible but when I look at their diameter, it's all different.
Discs: For example for discs diameter options are : 258, 255, 257.8, 257.9, 278mm / Ventilated etc. which mean nothing to me
Pads: Same applies, the width and height all seems different.
