Interior Compartment

Post by cram »

Hey all

I've seen pics and videos all over of the little compartment between the controls for the sound system and the controls for the air-conditioner.

On my econetic, it just seems to be a filler panel, not a openable compartment. Weird? Is this the case on some models?

Thanks in advance

mine was just a filler panel but it you it open from the top (its very tight) it opens up and you can make it in to a useable compartment.

Most people's have come with a filler panel, most likely because the compartment is too small to warrant using.

However, myself and others have put a push catch in the compartment to make it useable

Awesome thanks for the info! I was scared of breaking something but will have a go at opening it. How exactly did you install the push clip?

Thanks for the info!

Now to find a local source here in Aus.
Apparently shipping will cost me over AUD$100 for just those little parts.
