Fiesta radio mk7

Hi all, just a general question here as im new, but im curious as to how much a reprogram would cost to allow a new radio in my MK7 as at present I have the standard head unit for the 2010 titanium but I have seen the Sony one in the 2011 Titanium and began a search for a second hand one or one from a breaker. As such if i am to replace the radio, how much is it to get the new radio reprogrammed for my car from a ford dealer or would it be easier if I was to do it myself with the software?
