you can get the exhaust and diffuser from pumaspeed, no way I'd let them fit anything though...
car looks good - is that hi spec brakes on the front too?..

Kev - I'm assuming you've had bad experience with PumaSpeed?
Sadly Miltek dont allow you to buy direct from them and Puma Speed are the main distributor in this country I think. Puma Speed fitted my exhaust system and (touch wood) everything seems to be ok. I am disappointed that I wasn't offered a remap to tweak the whole set up, I went to AMD and paid them an extra £300 for this service.
The brakes I've got on the front and rear are from Hi Spec Motorsport, they done the fitting as well, be warned if you do decide to get Hi Spec to fit the kit you will probably need to go for a stroll down to Bluewater as it does take around 4 to 5 hours to do the front and the same to do the rear.

And it could feel like a long time at bluewater. Seeings you won't want to be spending much after the brake upgrade

Rear discs look so much better than the drums.

Really cant see why ford didnt put them on as standard!

They do look sexy though!

Alex - thank you for the compliments, its been a lot of hard work but I'm happy the way the car is looking. Looking forward to going to the Fiesta in the park event next weekend to show of the Fez.

Some serious money has gone into this car!

Fair play to you for doing things differently! I can't say I'm much of a fan of a lot of your modifications but as long as you love it that's what matters and I can really appreciate the time and effort that has gone into it! Great to see someone having a good go at a new car :D

Is the conversion from drums to discs complicated?

lufc_lad - I can't comment on how complicated it was as I never done the fitting, Hi-Spec supplied and fitted the kit, all I can tell you is it took 5 hours to do the conversion but that included having to make the adaptors while on site.
