i didnt do them myself but i think they had to be extended an inch or so. wasnt anything drastic. only cost me just over £100 to have them lengthened, painted and fitted

How much did that custom exhaust cost?
The exhaust cost 450. had it done about 3 years ago now, its only a powerflow one, could get a much better system for a similar price now but nothing was availible at the time, and i wanted to be different! theres no room for a box on the left side as well so its just a straight through pipe on one side making it pretty loud!

How loud is loud? I went to powerflow around 3 weeks ago for a similar sort of job, but twin pipes both sides. Said they could fit 2 small backboxes so 1 side wasn't louder than the other, but would be quite bad still. For a very 'reasonable' estimate of £500-£600. I'm still considering it, just not if it will deafen me and everyone within a 12 mile radius.

Does it drone badly when cruising? I reallyyyyyy don't think I could put up with it when trying to be casual.

That's put me off a bit tbh. I can put up with a noisy bugger when i'm tanking it, but not the rest. Time will tell i suppose. Thank you for your help.
Keep up the good work.
