I have read their is an update available to add Bluetooth streaming, however i dont have a usb port... is their any other way of me getting the update?

Welcome too the site, afraid you may have to visit a stealer for the update.

You can update the car by adding the parts/cabling. You will probably need a replacement Bluetooth module (if you have one originally)
The car will also have to be updated on the ids
There may be threads on here detailing this or there are some on fordownersclub
