Newbie

Post by twistedice »

Hi Peeps, another newbie here. Thanks to jam_rs for inviting me.

I'm Rob, had my 1.6 fiesta titanium just over a week now, really like the car all bar a couple of annoyances, that include a problem using shuffle on the usb stick and an annoying rattle from the boot area (from what i have seen both pretty common).

Still getting used to the power drop from my previous car but that was to be expected.

Thought i would introduce myself and say hi... :)

Cheers guys,
Nothing great, only a zafira but it was the sri150 cdti, had bags of torque, on paper it isn't much quicker but seemed to accelerate so much quicker :D

Hi Rob,

seems that the Flash drive reading facility is a source of quite a few problems.

hope we both get it sorted out!

 @ telwick, tbh it wasn't a bad motor apart from it ate tyres and the dpf started playing up, when i bought it i needed a big car but my circumstances have changed now so wanted something smaller and more fun :D

@Marc, yeah theres a fair bit about it on another forum, what problems have you had with it? Everyone seems to be getting different problems.
