Be prepared for a hefty bill if you have it done at ford, looked into it when i got mine about 18 months ago and got quoted somewhere around £300 for the stereo, £350 for the ecu and £100 for programming plus the vat so getting on a grand might've come down in price since then but i haven't checked since
