Hi all,
I am 500 miles into my new Fiesta Mk 7 Edge (15" steel wheels) and as I mentioned in my Newbies introduction, I am interested in kitting myself out with a set of winter tyres.
I am attracted by my mytyres.co.uk offer of complete steel wheels and tyres.
Problem is that navigating through mytyres website throws up a host of queries and I'm not sure I'm selecting the right wheel so I would be glad of any help from you Fiesta experts (Mytyres haven't been much help on the phone, they seem to think I should know all the answers as it's my car!)
So here goes:
Select manufacturer - that's easy enough.
Select Model - well that seems straightforward at Fiesta l - but then the page throws up Fiesta i - not Fiesta L!! I have told mytyres this must be wrong, but they have not replied.
Car Type then throws up a load of options, which mean little to me, but I am guessing at:
JA8 1388ccm 71 kW BJ.10.2008 four hole steel wheels
I am OK with the rim size at 15" and the tyre size 195/50 R15
At this point, there are about seven wheel and tyre offers, but I am still worried that the wheels might not actually fit for some unforeseen reason. Can there really be so many different wheels for a basic new Fiesta!? Can any of you tell me if I've got it right?
Thanks...
Can anyone help with a winter tyres question...?

Re: Can anyone help with a winter tyres question...?
Just thought I'd close this one out by saying I sifted through all the jargon and was able to get the right winter tyres/wheels. Very pleased with the deal - £360 all in, for four winter tyres and four wheels so I hope I am well set up for driving this coming winter. Just hope that winter tyres are all they're cracked up to be!

Winter tyres are ideal, might be the difference between stopping in time or hitting someone/thing.
