Re: Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCi Titanium

A further update to my Fiesta. The last 8 months of ownership have been very arduous with Ford Assistance having to be called out 10 times! I have moved back to the UK temporarily to do a course at a Maritime College which resulted in a 100 mile round trip commute every day. The mileage on my car ha...

Re: Hid kit problems

I got mine from EuroCarParts for about £44 with a warranty etc where I can take it back to an actual shop rather than dealing with the joys of eBay and Amazon

Re: Remap

Well they do exist still and have found the info for the 1.6 TDCI. They can get 120PS and 195lb/ft torque from it which seems reasonable!

Re: Remap

Yeah I thought going down the Mountune route, but they only do the 90PS non DPF version of the 1.6TDCi, they won't touch the 95PS version which was a shame! Re: Post your MPG thread!

Doing a lot of driving around the motorways of Englandshire I have been averaging 72.1MPG over the last 2,500 miles which I'm pretty impressed with for the non ECOnetic version of the Titanium!

Re: Fiesta CD Player

The "CD player" appears to be missing? Is it the complete radio with the box behind it or just the interface?

http://i292.photobucket.com/albums/mm8/rb-jenkins/fiesta%20titanium/null-8.jpg Seeing this picture is really weird. I take it that's a Honda Civic Type S that the chair is next too? We have just got a Honda Civic to complement our Fiesta Titanium in the same colour! Strange!!! However my Fez is grey.

Re: Titanium spare wheel not fixed

No the Titaniums came with the Tyre Mobility System as standard with a space saver tyre being an optional extra. However, a full sized spare was never advertised or on the option list (dug out my old 2009 & 2011 brochures). There are securing pins available from Ford (don't know the FINNIS number I'...
