Post your MPG thread!
Simple concept, just post your car, model, year and your MPG calculated accurately (fill up to the brim, drive around 100 miles or so, fill back up, divided your mileage with the amount of gallons you just put into the car). 2010 Ford Fiesta 1.25 [82] Edge 36.75mpg (short journeys with some stop sta...

Re: Other half bought Fiesta... a few worrying discoveries
Yes it appears I have nothing to worry about, its just my paranoid nature. At the end of the day I have bought a low mileage used car from a Ford dealer that they just serviced too. I suppose it would only take a few hundred miles on some unmade roads for the engine bay to get mucky. I will just cle...

Spare wheel - What have you done?
What spare wheel are you guys carrying in your car? Right now I only have the pump and goo, which really is not going to cut it. The options appear to be either a space saver wheel or a full size wheel. I am guessing the full size wheel will not fit properly under the floor of the boot. Am I missing...

Other half bought Fiesta... a few worrying discoveries
My other half has just bought and collected a 2010 Ford Fiesta 1.25 [82] Edge from a Evans Halshaw Ford dealer with only 12,000 miles on the clock. (I know Evans H are generally bad people to deal with but the price was fair). Now I have just managed to have a good look round it and I have made a fe...

Re: Where to buy replacement chrome trims?
You can get then from ford, I looked into it because one of mine is badly scratched, they are pretty expensive though, I think it was about £40 just for the one section I wanted :/ you might be better finding a written off zetec and getting them off that? :) Ouch that is expensive. Yeah, I will get...

Where to buy replacement chrome trims?
I am lucky to be the new owner of a 60 plate black Ford Fiesta. The trouble is my budget could only stretch to an Edge version (with low mileage, which was a priority). What I am wanting to do is to make the car look even better by adding the little bits of chrome trim that go under the windows. The...
