This has happened again, but I disconnected the battery for over half an hour and took the number 2 fuse out which is causing the high speed fan to stay on and I connected it all back up and its still coming on, really concerned now :( I've had to leave the fuse out as its staying on without the key...

no, the aircon was turned off, I did turn it back on and off to see if that cured it but nothing. Since ive put the fuse back in, its not come on so that's good

Ive just put the fuse back in and started the car and its not turned on but very weird :S

Fan turning on and not turning off !!!
I started my car up this morning and as soon as I turned my ignition on, the fan kicked in. I drove it too work and it was still on. Ive took the fuse out and its stopped but ive never had this happen before, any ideas ? thanks

Got it working now, turned out to be the wires were the wrong way round even though the instruction book said do not turn them around :S I fitted a relay kit at the same time and have relocated the ballasts too underneath the headlights

also where have you put the ballasts as I cant find anywhere suitable to put them

to be honest I don't want to do that as it does say in the instructions not too do that :/ ive just seen a canbus free hid kit for sale by the same company, maybe that's the one I need ?

yeah, this is what I don't understand, ive emailed a specialist hid company and they said trying switching the positive and negative wires around, but surely that'll blow the ballasts or bulbs up ?
