Actually, the microphone does work, it's just have to have the microphone almost in my mouth before they can hear me. Is there a way to increase the pickup volume of the microphone?

Indicator stalk replacement
Hello everyone! This is my first post and I feel kinda guilty using it to ask for help but… I don't know how to change the indicator stalk in my Fiesta. I've tried searching for it, and short of buying a Haynes manual (would that help?) I haven't been able to find how to do it. The best I could find...
