Zetec 1.6 engine hesitation

Hi All,

Had the car since xmas and over the past few weeks had some issues when accelerating. Car will seem fine either had hi or low speeds then go accelerate and car hesitates. Lift my foot or change gear and it seems to clear. Any ideas?
