head unit
I have a 2010 titanium with Bluetooth, usb, ipod and voice control.I have noticed some other fiestas have a Sony head unit which I would like to upgrade from my standard ford unit. They are not just the st model that has them but it seems to be a random across the range optional fit. I have had a look...

Re: Fiesta Nightmare!!
you need to get to a ford dealer and have a full diagnostic run on the computer. Its not as expensive as you think and will save time and money on guess work in the long run. Electrical faults are like looking for lord Lucan riding shergar .I had trouble with a mk6 fiesta diesel and tried many 'expe...

cheap mod
I have noticed that my 2010 fiesta is only painted where you can see. Under the bonnet for example is only body colour on the edges the bulk is just undercoat white as is inside the boot floor etc. These areas although annoying are not the issue but an example of fords penny pinching  . Anyway...

Re: Lumpy idle
no idea what it is but my car seems to be similar. if you sit with the engine running for a minute or so every now and then it will misfire. Otherwise seems ok not wanting to investigate until it gets worse. I don't think a service will throw up the problem as you need to be plugged in to the diagno...

ford mats mounting pegs
The arms with the twist lock on to hold down the drivers floor mat. They are genuine ford still in the bag. I had these already fitted to my car but had no mats so when I got the mats from ford parts these extra mounting arms came with them. Anyone want them cheap ?

Re: Fitting Parking Sensors
Hi I ordered a kit after reading your guide. They are a quality item and the sensors are available in a range of colours so look good on the car. Best of all they come with a hole saw although drilling is unnerving. I have a few things to add however that may help someone considering this. 1. Your l...

lights on when unlocking
My car (2010 1.4 titanium 3 door) automatically puts the lights on, front side lights and rear, for about 30 seconds when you press the remote to unlock it. This feature annoys me as for one thing changing a bulb is a fiddle on the rear lights and a major job with lots of choice words to do the fron...

Re: Ford Fiesta 1.4 Zetec 2009
Thanks you have got this about right as my car is the 1.4 3 door and my review would be the same. The only thing to add is the quality of fixtures and fit is poor. All types and models of modern ford seem to suffer from this not just the fiesta .Seems the problem is the car is 'clipped together ' ra...
