Hi Guys, i need to find the EMS number from my ECU on my 2011 Zetec S to see if it can be re-mapped, apprently is next to the battery and is clearly labelled but i cannot see it?

Hi Guys, have heard you can do a Master reset to reset eveything? the instructions on the Ford website do not seem to add up, does anyone know if this is possible and if so how to do this
