Hello folks.
I've posted this on the Newbies board, but just thought I'd chuck it up on here too by way of introducing myself.
Just got my first Fester a coupla weeks ago. (10 plate Zetec S TDCi ) and I'm loving it. Always been a VW man up 'til now. Watched my mates have problem after problem with Fords from mk4 Escorts (rust and bits falling off) onwards (including a mk1 mondeo whose gearbox literally fell out), and swore I'd never get one. Then started to hear good things about the Focus, but by then I'd got into Land Rovers and off roading so wasn't really interested. Then the Landy got robbed and I needed something smaller (30 miles to work/cost of fuel) nearly bought a mk2 focus but then a Leon cupra came along at the right price. as it was V.A.G I thought it'd be nice and reliable. Two turbos, an E.C.U and Christ knows how many tyres later I chipped it in for my gorgeous Fiesta.
Cheers Aidan
