New more-door fiesta owner

Hi there just purchased a 1.4 mk7 5-door. It's going to be carting around our first bubba so she went from a fiat 500 to the 'esta. However I traded in my vw bora with it and now i'm looking at the ST...please don't hate and people can probably guess what i'm intending to do, but I prefer the Zetec s on mk7...lights and bumper aside, can I use the same bonnet from the ST to convert back to mk7 zetec s front? hitting the ground running I know, but now I don't have my dub to play with anymore, i've fallen for the ZS looks but want the engine of the ST.
