Hi

I am waiting to pick up a new Fiesta Zetec after a few years of leaving Ford ownership. It's nice to find a forum and hope to settle in soon. For the last few years I have had a mixture of Vauxhall and Rover cars but now back to Fords.

My first car in 71 was a 58 Anglia side valve and over the years have had numerous other Fords including a 105e Anglia, 4 Fiestas, 3 Escorts and 1 Sierra sapphire in black a beautiful car but difficult to keep clean!

Anyway that's me so please be ready to answer questions on my new Fiesta when I get it either this week or next week.......not sure when exactly

Cheers :D

Well I picked the car up yesterday and very impressed with the build quality and the standard of the pdi. The car drives very nice indeed, it's only a Zetec 125 but now I am over 60 my days of driving like I have stolen it are over :D

I have had a few Fiestas over the years but this one is far superior to the rest and I am looking forward to asking questions, don't worry I am not a doddery over 60s I know my way over a set of sockets and a few spanners :D

My greatest threat is the fancy things like voice control and USB etc so I must read the instructions!

Cheers :D

Silver  :D

I was surprised how easy it was with the USB and setting up the Bluetooth and voice commands. They all worked first time and the car appreciates a nice bit of Meatloaf and dire straits

Only problem I have now is the wife can reach me even when I am driving. It was easier before as I could tell her "sorry love I was driving when you rang" :? :D
