Newbie - AutosoundBlackpool

Hi all.

My name's Rob and i own Autosound In Blackpool in the North West. I'm a devoted Fiesta nut having owned all models all the way up from Mk1 to present. I've just finished a huge project demo Mk6 Fiesta van (check out facebook/autosoundblackpool) and am now starting a really big Mk7 demo van.

After a chat with the forum boss, i'm going to do a build blog that hopefully will inspire you all. Also, any suggestions on the way will be well recieved. The blog will be starting sometime this week starting with a total strip out - the easy bit!

Along with this, James (THE BOSS) has given permission for me to offer my services to you all. This will include forum special discounts on lots of stuff. We specialise in car audio, security, handsfree car kits, xenon and led lighting, carbon wrapping, heated seats, window tinting, sound proofing, suspension and just about any be-spoke modification you my care to suggest. We've been doing this twenty years and have a wealth of knowledge.

I'm on here to help, advise and generally add to the forum to benefit members and make a few friends along the way. If your local or not too far away, drop in and say hello you're always welcome.

If you want a bit of advise or a question no matter how daft it may seem about your car, drop me a PM and i'll do my best. If I don't know there is every chance I know someone who will. It may be evening before i reply as we're always busy all day.

Do you sell an adaptor for the front speaker wiring? I've got alpines to go in, have the mounts to fit them but haven't been able to source the connector to take it from 4 to 2 pin!

I'll have a look tomorrow for you, i'm pretty sure they are available. If not i can make you a pair up. Tbh, the easiest way is to tap into woofer cables ( i can give you the colours) without cutting the plug off so you can put it back to standard if you want to. The other pair goes to the tweeters up above.

Had a feeling they were for the tweeters, alpines have tweeters built in so don't need the oe ones, was thinking of using single blade connector scotch locks but they're a bit crude (even if they are hidden from view!) cheers for your help mate
