resetting can-bus module, anyone know any Ford technicians?

Good Morning All

Does anyone know of any Ford technicians that have access to the software and hardware that allows the can-bus module to be reset? It appears my module has 'gone to sleep', it happened coz I disconnected the battery for a long time, now my alarm isn't reading the canbus and my headunit switches off every now and again. I'm taking my car to my local Ford on Monday but as its modified they're probably gonna blame the modifications that I've had done. Clifford Alarms have said the can-bus needs to be reset which is a simple proceedure.
Any help with contacts, ideally near the London area will be greatly welcomed.
