Mk7 2011 - Change default radio setting when starting engine

Greetings all,

As stated in the title I have a Fiesta MK7 2011 plated.

I have a minor issue that I can't seem to figure out a solution to.

When I get in the car and start the engine, my radio comes on by default. Every time I do this, it always starts playing the same radio station.

I NEVER listen to the radio, and I only ever connect my phone via Bluetooth as soon as I get in my car. (I press AUX twice, and it picks up my phone - Bluetooth is always on, on my phone).

Is there any way to change the default setting, so when I get in my car and start the engine, my phone will connect and start to play music via Bluetooth?
My friend has the exact same car and model as mine, and his seems to do this.

My phone is always the last thing I am listening to when I get out of my car. But when I get back in, the same radio station comes back on.

Obviously more of a nuisance than a real problem, but would be great if anyone had any knowledge of changing this!
