Climate control stopped working!!!!

Alright guys i have got a problem with my climate control and was wondering if any of you have had the same prolem. i had to have my turbo serviced due to a split pipe on my induction kit. Was not on the road for 2 weeks so the battery went flat. i took it off to charge and when it was all back together the climate control panel would come on for about 3 secs then just shuts down and dont work. i have taken it apart but still no joy . Anyone got any ideas on what i might be able to do. did not know if it might have to be programed in. like the one click widow down.

Any help would be good.
