i have 2010 and want to add the sony facia and sat nav

I have 2010 Titanium with phone usb aux and 2 plug connectors on back of cd unit, one 12 pin and one 10 pin
I have purchased a fakra GPS antenna, fakra female to female cable, and a fakra DAB antenna to support the GPS and DAb

But on the CD of the sony unit there is 2 bigger connections the main one is a 24 pin connector

the display has the same plug so assume it fits

Has any one done this is there a loom adapter i can get to marry them up..??
