Hi
Does anyone know how to remove the heating blend door actuator.
I'm hoping this is the issue that is causing no hot air being blown, I used to get a clicking noise under the dash and heat may or may not come out now it has stopped completely.
Any help or links to other sites appreciated.
Thanks
Gary

Re: Heating - no hot air
Hi I am wondering if you ever resolved this, I am having the same issue whereas I was getting a clicking sound from what seemed the steering column that has stopped and now my blowers will only blow luke warm air not hot, I had it flushed and the thermostat etc changed today it worked for 2 short trips but the clicking returned, then the clicking stopped again and only blew luke warm air again, I spent quite a lot of money on what they did today which is very annoying any help would be appreciated

Just bumping this - this will project number 3 on my diy list. If anyone has successfully attempted this please enlighten us - equally if not tell is the issues faced.
Theres loads on you tube etc but they're all American cars.
Feeling hopeful
