Help with colour choices/opinions wanted!

My car is basically at the very beginning - next to no mods for fiesta zetec in White. Finally able to adapt it (for various reasons I've had to wait) any way I want. However, I'm limiting it firstly to some colour changes on the chrome inside my car; my alloys which are currently silver; and the external chrome detailing including fog light surrounds and chrome round my windows.
I've looked into various ways of spraying/ painting/ wrapping and have come up with the following choice (open to more options though). In the long term I want a carbon fibre roof but I have to wait for payday, birthdays and Christmases for years to come before I can get everything I want done- basically I'm keeping it in mind so that everything matches-
Wheels, wing mirrors- matte black or matte dark dark grey
Detailing exterior - matte black or gloss black
Interiors - carbon fibre, white gloss or black matte or gloss

Any help opinions ideas welcome photos will obviously follow post project
