Chinese radio upgrade problem

Hi everyone, last night I fitted one of the cginese touch screens off ebay, come across a few small problems just need a little help.

1. Radio not coming on or turning off with ignition.
2. Steering wheel controls not working although the unit supports this.
3. It runs windows ce5.0 and im just wondering where I am supposed to download the satnav software and maps from as the stereo also has gps.
