Windscreen wiper issues

Hi, recently had a black box fitted as part of my insurance renewal, now after the box has been fitted the front windscreen wipers don't work. Everything else works fine and the fuse seems ok. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Phone the insurance company up and demand that they come and repair the car as this issue has occured because of the fitting of the black box. If they cannot do it within 24 hours demand a couersty car paid by the insurer to cover you for the duration that your car is unavailable to drive. If they say they can't get money back on your insurance as the vehicle will be unsafe and illegal to drive with defective wipers. Make sure you still have the paperwork from the technican that fitted the black box
