exterior chrome trim removal

hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows who to remove the exterior chrome trim on a zetec. The bit that surrounds the front lower grill and the strip on the rear above reg plate around the badge.

removing the back chrome trim above the number plate...
remove the bulb holders
open the boot and remove the plastic and there should be a few screws just holding it on :)
