Lowering Springs - Fiesta Metal

Hi guys, I've recently picked up a fiesta metal, I know the metal already has a lowered ride height, I want the arch to sit right above the tyre, can someone please recommend some decent lowering springs that will do this? I've been told 45mm is my best bet, thanks a lot in advance
