Hi all,
i hope someone can help me out with this.
I have a 2010 Ford Fiesta 1.4L petrol, and I'm having a slight issue when driving off on 1st gear after starting the car. When I start the car it starts normally, revs normally and if I press the acceleration pedal it revs normally with no hesitation what so ever. However, when I put in the 1st gear and try to drive off or reverse gear to get out of a parking, it hesitates and it drops the revs and unless I press the clutch pedal again it stalls. This only happens on the 1st time I try to pull away after starting the car, as afterwards it normal.
Around a year ago I changed the plugs, ignition leads and coil pack however the problem still persists, i have also disconnected the battery to reset the ECU but no luck. I scanned the ECU with an OBD II connector and got no errors.
Any idea what else I could check?
Regards,
Kris

I have changed the plugs again but the problem still persists. Can't think of anything else to check
