Creaking and groaning from back end

Creaking and groaning from back end

Hi all.
Just looking for some help regarding my Mk7 titanium fiesta it's a 2009 model .
Every time I reverse off my drive or go over any bump or lump there's a creaking noise from the back end, could this be the Anti roll bar or suspension bushes that have worn? And are they easy to replace/fit.
