Weird problem

Hi all,
just a quick one - over the weekend, ive traced a rattle in the passenger footwell to where the heater pipe comes out.

Infact, the end of the pipe was completely loose & came out without a problem........im just wondering if anyone has had the same thing & how on earth I can re-fit it ?......ive tried, but doesnt fit firmly back in place.

Im tempted to take to dealer, but seems like a lot of hassle for such a small thing

The big black tube? Just pushes back in, I've knocked mine off a few times whilst working in that area.

cheers guys - yea its still under warranty, so can always complain to ford

Just take it back to ford if you don't know what you're doing. A lot easier than messing.

yea v true - cant be difficult tbh, but think ill go back to them on principal more than anything !!
