the fan housing in the front of my 1.25 fiesta has come lose so when the engine is running it rattles about a lot making it sound like a tractor does anyone know where the mounting points for the fan are and if you need to remove the bumper

You may need to remove the bumper I am not to sure ill have a look in Haynes manual when I get home

its alright i have the haynes manual i just though i would ask here instead of flicking through pages

Hahah yeah with other cars there normally behind front bumper but with a flexible screwdriver or alen key you may be able to tighten them depending on kind of bolt

ah right cool well i have until the end of the month to fix it thats when the mk7 edge is getting traded in for the metal

Hahah don't tell them they won't notice, use some gaffer tape and jobs a goodin

ah well im lucky i have a few ford dealers in my area ill just take it to a different from where i am trading it in because the noise is horrid and i still have to drive it for a while
