Full Exhaust System

Hi guys, so I have got a 1.6 frozen white zetec s mk7 and I have a mountune cat back system but i want a milltek manifold system to go with it, will these 2 fit together?
i dont want to get the mr140 or 155 as its too much money in one go for me and i would prefer to do it myself, any suggestions?
