Fiesta 5dr. rear speakers

Hi people! I need a advice. Has any one info about rear speakers how big can I fit in? How strong max. can it be? How strong is the radio in the Fiesta, I have a ICE 2. I heard it has a 25W sound power.
As I can see, on my radio i have Sound menu, and when I scroll in the Menu under Treble, Midle, Bass, I have Fadding fron Left-Right, And Fadding Rear Left-Right. So from that I can see that my audio system has an option of rear speakers.
This is the radio. It has MP3 radio-AUX.
