Basically, ive taken my spare wheel out and chucked a couple cans of foam in there, mostly to save weight ( i know its minimul)
Now my problem is, the wheel originally held the boot carpet up, and now it sags and im having to stack stuff around it
Can i get a hard plastic bootliner to combat this or should i just get some plywood to drop underneath the carpet?
Although that poses a problem of vibration noises and load bangs when going over bumps?
Thoughts appreciated!!!! ( and dont say "put the wheel back in" )

Get the one from Mountune can't say if its still not got one yet but it looks good
Possibly light wood plank going from left to right in the centre will hold it up

Re: Boot liner options?
I though the mountune one was just a fabric mat like the footwell matts??
Yeah woods looking to be the best bet so far lol, will have to get some double sided tape to stick the current liner to it, hopefully stop it sliding around!

It is a replacement
Probably stiffer to
Due to customer demand, a high-quality fitted boot mat is now available to compliment existing interior mat sets.
The boot mat features the same piped edging with yellow stitching as the original interior mats from Mountune, but with an enlarged Mountune Performance logo.
Perfect for shows, stereo installs and for those that like everything to match properly.
Please Note: This mat is designed as a replacement to the OE boot lining but can also be used as a top mat with a small modification to the OE lining by the seat split hinge.

Re: Boot liner options?
The Mountune one is just a replacement carpet, no stiffer than the original cos I've got one. I've just cut a thin bit of ply as a false floor in mine until I get my spare wheel back, doesn't make any noise through vibration or bouncing around.
