Don't bother with full beam and I use kensun 6000k 35w not complaints
I do have full beam and fogs as HIDS but full beam is pointless In HIDS as they take time to warm up

Yeah you will. I have my full beam as HIDS but your better of using normal bulbs for full beam. Plus remember you won't pass MOT with HIDS it's 2 less bulbs to swap when it goes in

Anything that's not dirt cheap they are all the same really.
For fitting its just like a normal bulb but does differ as you will need to have the bulb go though the cap into the lights. On the fiesta it's only a rubber cap so just cut a small hole and the grommet on the cables will make it watertight. Plug the positive and negative into the original bulb power source and secure the ballast
I know above is only quick explanation but have a go and if you have any issues give me a shout
