Fly eye kit installation and review

Like my mountune short shifter review, im going to do the same for the fly eye kit.
This was the genuine stuff, not the stuff you can get on amazon etc.
Just google "flyeye kits" and its a uk based company. only cost me £12 for 2 strips 30cm x 100cm long.
The fiesta has very long lights, so anything less than 100cm is not enough. I cut about 4 inches off the end, this was enough to do my rear fog lights. The off cuts from the headlights will do the front fogs and indicator lenses.
Simply peel off backing paper, and drape over a freshly buffed headlight. By gently lifting and rubbing the film to remove creases is all it takes to get a smooth coverage. Once you are happy with the finish, use the provided scalpel to trim very carefully around the light, leaving a few extra mm to curve under for complete coverage. Now get extension lead and a hairdrier and gently warm over all applications to "activate" the glue. Check over again and use a bank card or similar to tuck the edges in. Done.
I would say this is easy stuff to apply, as long as you are careful and neat. The look of the car is now very mean, and light output is not effected!
